Refund policy
**Return and Refund Policy for Savage Sailor LLC**
At Savage Sailor LLC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
**Return Period:**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. To start a return, please email thecrew@savagessailor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
**Return Conditions:**
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags must be attached to the item.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
**Processing Refunds:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, and if your item is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
**Delayed or Missing Refunds:**
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

**Non-Refundable Items:**
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
**Gift Returns:**
Orders that contained gifts can be returned or exchanged by emailing thecrew@savagesailor.com.
**Return Shipping:**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if our return system is not used.
