Where is my order?

Get your tracking number and click USPS.com or UPS.com.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you didn't receive it, contact us here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Currently, we are unable to process order changes or address changes once an order has been submitted.

Once an order has been placed, the information is sent immediately to packing/shipping to begin processing the order. Once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on, and locating it to make changes is a futile search. We are unable to complete these change requests, and we're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, once your order arrives, you can complete an exchange or return at (insert return form here). 

If your order is heading to an address you no longer have access to, grab your order number and contact us here.

Returns/Exchanges

How do I start an exchange or return?

In order to start an exchange or return, just head to (insert returns and exchange page/form)

To get started, all you'll need is your order number and the shipping zip code from the original order. If you don't know your order number, you can usually locate number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact us here.

How do I use my discount code or gift card?

To apply a gift card or discount code to your order, enter the exact code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” window during checkout and click “Apply” or the arrow to be sure your code gets added to your order.

Can you notify me when a product is in stock?

Yes! As long the product is on the site, we can send you a notification once it's back in stock. Just click on the particular style & size, then click on "Email or Text When Available" and fill out the form. We'll contact you when it restocks.

I reached out to customer service and have not heard back...

We generally respond to all order issues within 48 hours - often within the same day. Your email domain may filter our responses to the ‘Promotions’, ‘Junk’, or ‘Spam’ folders. Please be sure to check there!

We are open M-F, 8am-5pm CST and closed on all National Holidays.

Shipping

How long does it take to fulfill and ship my order once it's placed?

Most orders received on M-F prior to 2pm CST will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2pm M-F or during the weekend/holiday will be packed and shipped the following business day.

Where are you shipping from?

We are shipping straight out of Broken Arrow, OK where the main carrier hubs will be Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you’re located, what time of day you ordered, which day of the week you ordered, and which shipping method you choose. Domestic orders typically take 3-6 business days to arrive after shipped by Savage Sailor. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

What shipping carriers and shipping methods do you use?

USPS Economy Shipping: Approximately 5-8 business days. Holidays may delay carrier shipping. For Example: If you placed an order at 6pm on Friday the 13th, your items would not be accepted by USPS until Monday the 16th, therefore your order may not arrive prior to Thursday the 26th. This may seem like a 13 day shipping, but it is actually 8 business days.

 

USPS Standard Shipping: Approximately 3-4 business days. Holidays may delay carrier shipping.

Please note that all shipping delivery windows do not begin until the next business day after the shipping carrier has received the shipment from us.

I placed an order and I have yet to receive any confirmation or shipping info…

Our system automatically sends out a notification to your email (as long as the email address is correct) through the process (fulfillment/shipping/tracking). If you don’t see it, 99% of the time, it ends up in your spam/junk box.

I placed an order and it got sent to the wrong address, what now?

The address you input at checkout is the same one that gets automatically printed on the shipping label. If you put in the wrong address, we cannot guarantee your mistake will be corrected. Chalk it up as a lessoned learned and pay attention to detail next time! Reorder and right off that mistake as some good karma that a shipmate in need will be receiving a kick-ass shirt on you! 

It's been too long and I still haven’t received my items!

Obviously, delivery of any package is unfortunately beyond our control. Packages get lost at times or get delayed for one reason or the other (they are govt. employees after all right?). Before contacting us and asking us where your order is, understand that all we will do is look up the exact same tracking number that you have. We don't own a Savage Post Office or handle the actual delivery of your order. Once it's handed to the carrier, it's beyond our control.

Before contacting us with the rage of Neptunes Trident, did you check the tracking number? Did you contact your local post office and yell at them for always delaying packages and losing your valuable shit? We're not the assholes here, but there is little we can do on our end when it comes to packages being delivered. They have more resources to locate your package than we do!

I checked the tracking, it states delivered but I don't have it, now what?

Savage Sailor is not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged during shipping or shown as being delivered to your mailbox/address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". Sometimes the carriers incorrectly mark the item and they still have it and it can be resolved quickly with a phone call. Understand that the postal service cannot scan "delivered" unless it was actually physically delivered. If it states delivered, no PayPal claim or court room will favor you.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. But only with economy or standard USPS shipping. No expedited shipping will be delivered if your address is a PO Box.
